Why should I choose a migrant worker?

How does the paperwork proceed?
The employee will be placed on your payroll immediately, which means that you will retain full control over their contract terms. Vacancee will manage your payroll on your behalf, including weekly payments, which our employees greatly appreciate. You will remain responsible for paying social security contributions and pension. The term of the contract and other employment conditions will be determined in consultation with you.
