Work on your future! A good foundation in English is essential for your development and career. That is why we organize weekly English lessons in the classroom, so that you can grow and develop yourself with confidence.

Work out anytime, anywhere

With your gym membership, you can work out whenever it suits you. Whether you want to work out early in the morning or in the evening, you always have access to fitness facilities.

Weekly payment

A deal is a deal! You don’t have to worry about payments. At Vacancee we pay you weekly and make sure you work all the hours that were agreed. That way you always know where you stand.

Creating a candidate profile

The process starts with carefully compiling a detailed candidate profile. Together with the employer, we identify the exact needs, skills and qualifications required for the position. We take into account both hard requirements, such as education and experience, and soft skills, such as culture fit and personal qualities. This profile forms the basis for further recruitment and selection.

Candidate Recruitment

Once the profile has been determined, we start recruiting suitable candidates. We use our extensive networks, hundreds of job boards and collaborations with international partners to find the best talent. Candidates are recruited from various countries, whereby we always look for people who are motivated to settle and integrate in the Netherlands.

Extensive Qualification

After recruiting potential candidates, they undergo a thorough qualification process. This includes in-depth interviews, reference checks, and if necessary, additional assessments to verify the candidate’s skills and competencies. We look not only at professional suitability, but also at motivation and willingness to adapt to a new culture and work environment.

Introduce Candidate

Once a candidate has successfully passed the qualification process, we introduce them to the employer. We present a full profile of the candidate, including background information, skills, references, and results of any assessments. The employer has the opportunity to interview the candidate to determine the final fit.

Employment contract

After a successful introduction and mutual approval, the employment contract is drawn up and signed. Vacancee ensures that all legal aspects are handled correctly and that the contract is fully transparent for all parties involved. Once the contract is signed, the integration process begins, in which Vacancee fully supports the employee in their relocation and integration in the Netherlands.

What do we stand for?

Better treatment of migrant workers, as it should be.

Innovation in the labor market has been at a standstill for years; companies continue to adhere to outdated methods. At the same time, the stigma surrounding labor migration persists, with migrants often being treated as second-class citizens. The corona crisis has painfully demonstrated how many abuses still exist among migrant workers in 2024. Problems with housing, underpayment and unsafe working conditions are common. These abuses undermine the dignity of workers and reduce the liveability of neighborhoods. Better treatment of migrant workers is therefore not only a moral obligation, but something that we all benefit from.
